Huntblade had tried to stop Alch-deer but it was too late.

“Boom!” A gigantic palm manifested into reality after gathering powers from the ten realms. This was only his anima power erupting.

The duo became startled but still reacted swiftly. Alch-deer assumed his true form – a deer leaping from one dimension to another.

Huntblade didn’t have a similar gift so he summoned his titular weapon, entering a defensive pose. Of course, this wasn’t an ordinary hunting blade since it could dissect the grand dao and slice dragon bones.

It was long and sharp with a pulsing light. The rays emanating from it were just as sharp as the blade itself.

“Dragon Hunter!” He roared and swung his saber against the incoming anima power.

Waves of saber energy stacked upon each other, forming a nine-layer barrier. Even a dragon would be trapped defenselessly against this technique.

However, the cultivation gap was insurmountable. Ten-realm was at the apex stage, unbeatable by anything below a primal ancestor. He could defeat them without lifting a finger.

Therefore, Alch-deer’s agile movement still couldn’t dodge the anima power. Stuck by the anima power, he was sent flying while spewing blood.

The same result occurred for Huntblade – a swift defeat with bloody injuries.

As they were sent flying, the anima power swept through all of Desolate Frontier.

“What’s going on?!” This startled the disciples before they were forced to the ground.

Some powerful disciples spotted Alch-deer and Huntblade, astounding them even more.

“A consequence of undue arrogance.” Ten-realm leaped into the air, still not letting them go.

The two couldn’t use their merit laws and grand dao at all. His anima power overwhelmed them entirely, causing them to shout in horror since it could crush them.

Meanwhile, disciples, elders, protectors, and regular ancestors became confused. Why were their emperors fighting each other?

“Bam!” A hand pouring down chaos true energy blocked in front of them. It seemed to have come out of the chaos, preparing to start a new world.

It successfully stopped the anima power, but the duo was still sent flying again with more injuries.

“Ten-realm, everything can be solved with talking, no need for this temper.” An ancient voice sounded.

“Ancestor Crimson Virtue.” Only protectors and above could see what was going on in the air.

“I don’t get it.” Confusion permeated across the sect. However, none dared to ask questions.

After all, these were their strongest ancestors fighting. They weren’t qualified to be involved. Nevertheless, it made them think about the possibilities.

Some protectors and elders knew about the divide in the sect – Desolate Ancestor’s branch versus the Chen. If an internal power struggle were to start, which side should they pick?
