“Go now.” Li Qiye waved.

He prostrated before returning to the dragon’s chest.

Although he wielded the power of tribulation in the past, using it came with unbearable backlash with no potential to escape.

“Boom!” A blinding light erupted from Darkmoon Temple, attracting everyone’s attention. It looked like a flower blossoming and releasing a red hue.

Theory looked up and saw two majestic figures in Darkmoon Temple.

“An emperor is attacking the temple?” A big shot commented.

“Endlaw and Yangrune Emperor.” Many recognized them.

At first, they thought the two were fighting due to the current conflict between Enigma and Immortal Suppression. Moreover, all desired the grass known as Darkmoon Heaventouch growing in there.

A second later, powerful cultivators noticed something amiss. The two emperors released all of their vitality and anima trees but didn’t attack, only standing still and being illuminated by the blossoming red light.

Individual silk-like rays coiled around them and formed two cocoons. Their power failed to hinder this strange process.

“Turning them into dried corpses?” A big shot took a deep breath.

“Not quite, the strings are strange.” An emperor considered the light parasitic, seemingly invading the two trapped cultivators.

“It’s a takeover.” One desolate god said.

Endlaw and Yangrune were both apex emperors, inferior to few in Sin. This made people realize how dangerous Darkmoon was.

“They entered for the grass, what the hell happened?” Someone said.

“The takeover only happens after losing, how is it starting before a conclusion? The laws of the market aren’t like this.” A knowledgeable emperor said.
